NFT Token Markets are created through our Rust Solana smart contract. All authorities are owned by the smart contract

The tokens are minted and burned during the fractionalization/redeem process so they do not have a set supply amount. Supply is completely dependant on the amount of NFTs that are currently fractionalized.
