DAO Governance

DAO stands for "Decentralized Autonomous Organization." It is a type of organization that is run using smart contracts on a blockchain.

GigaDAO prides itself on being one of the first scalable DAOs in the crypto space. Built on the Solana blockchain GigaDAO is able to process proposals fast and with neglible costs to the DAO and it's members. Using a series of Smart Contracts GigaDAO represents the essence of a Decentralized Autonomous Organization.

Our Upgrade Authority gates all changes and withdrawals through our GIGS Governance token. This means that all intellectual property has been handed over to the DAO and the original founders cannot make any unilateral decisions.

DAO Governance

While DAOs are still in their very early stages best practices are still yet to be defined. GigaDAO has it's own unique governance structure which will be built and implemented before IDO June 2023.
